We develop healthcare real estate, partnering GPs, dentists and other clinical service providers (both NHS and private) throughout the UK to develop uniquely tailored, cost-effective and sustainable care facilities. As an innovative developer of healthcare premises, we have extensive experience in primary care real estate and developments that require specialist technologies, such as clean rooms, gas handling and laboratories.
The Healthcare Property Company was acquired by MOBI Capital Limited in January 2013. Mobi Capital Ltd is a company jointly owned by a real estate investment fund (managed by RevCap Advisors Limited) and Paul Stacey.

Paul Stacey qualified as a Chartered Secretary in 1971 and was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in 1980.
Following management training with the Acrow Group Limited, he joined Nuffield Hospitals, where he worked for almost 20 years, initially as Deputy Secretary and latterly as Executive Director of Nuffield Healthcare Limited.
Paul joined Sinclair Montrose Trust Limited in 1992 and was one of its directors in addition to being a director of its subsidiary and associated companies including its primary healthcare development businesses, The Healthcare Property Company, and was instrumental in the establishment of walk-in GP centres in the UK developed under Sinclair Montrose Healthcare PLC.
In August 2004, Paul became Chief Executive of CareCapital Limited and of CareCapital Group Plc in August 2006. He resigned in January 2013 , following the demerger of The Healthcare Property Company Limited, on his appointment as its Managing Director.
Don Baladasan, a Chartered Management Accountant having trained at the Financial Times, was appointed Finance Director in September 2011. He has extensive experience of managing and optimising finance functions both nationally and internationally.
He is founder of Mataxis Ltd a consultancy that provides outsourced FD services to SMEs and start-ups. Client sectors include fund management, property, technology, healthcare and telecoms. Prior to founding Mataxis he was Head of Accounting Development at Stemcor, UK‟s 3rd largest private company and world‟s largest independent steel trader. A main responsibility was evaluating the next generation finance system for the entire group.
Previously he was a regional Financial Controller BUPA Hospitals and Financial Controller of FTMarketwatch.com.
With over seven years experience in healthcare research and project management, Victoria Stacey has developed an excellent understanding of the public and private healthcare systems in the UK.
Having joined CareCapital in 2006, Victoria was appointed Primary Care Manager in January 2008 following a research position for the company based in Warsaw. She is responsible for liaising with Medical Practices and Primary Care Trusts, understanding their requirements, developing relationships, co-ordinating planning applications, organising public consultations, programming and ensuring a smooth transition for practices taking on their new premises.
Victoria became a Development Manager for The Healthcare Property Company in 2012.
Angie joined the Healthcare Property Company team in March 2012, having previously worked as Financial Controller since the 1980’s for companies not only within the construction sector but also music and leisure industries.
From her background she brings a wealth of experience to the company. She is also Company Secretary for The Healthcare Property group, appointed in 2013.
Sarah joined The Healthcare Property Company in November 2016 as Marketing Manager. She has over 10 years’ experience in professional services’ marketing and communications.
Prior to The Healthcare Property Company, Sarah worked at The Bar Council, where she undertook a number of marketing activities including public affairs and press office work. She implemented a new brand strategy for the organisation and produced its annual report.
Sarah has also provided marketing solutions for global property company CBRE, sovereign wealth fund St Martins Property Company, PwC and Barclays Bank.
