The Warrens Medical Centre

The 2,000 sq m Medical Centre was completed for the Wirral Group of Practices in 2012 and includes a surgery, a pharmacy and ample car parking.

The Centre is situated in Arrowe Park, which is an area of natural beauty comprising 250 acres of parkland. As such, sustainability was at the heart of the design, and focused on high thermal and energy efficiency, and features a sedum roof. The surrounding areas were landscaped to provide green space and footpaths to reflect the original use of the site for greenhouses. The project has won design and sustainability awards.

The building is set over two floors, with consulting and waiting rooms and administration space divided between them.
